Schwenckfeld Terrace

Schwenckfeld Terrace opened in the fall of 2008 and is the most recent expansion to the original Lansdale campus, which now is home to over 300 residents.

The Terrace is an award-winning campus, having been recognized by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) as part of their “Communities of Quality” program. This program was designed to acknowledge a company that provides the highest-quality affordable housing to lower-income residents while adding value to its larger community. Through the Communities of Quality® (COQ) National Recognition program, multifamily properties can be certified as having achieved a high standard of excellence in the way they are managed, the services they provide residents, the experience and training of personnel, and other criteria.

Schwenckfeld Terrace is an affordable housing, residential community with age and income qualifications for residency. You must be at least 62 years old and your present income must fall within one of the set income categories.

Schwenckfeld Terrace is a non-smoking community.
