Schwenckfeld Manor is a subsidized, affordable housing, residential community with age and income qualifications for residency. You must be at least 62 years old or at least 18 years old and in need of an accessible apartment requiring architecturally altered features. Your present income cannot exceed limits set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
