Due to the high number of applicants on certain waiting lists, Advanced Living Communities has temporarily closed the 20% income waiting lists for Schwenckfeld Terrace, Derstine Run 1 & 2, and North Penn Commons. The 40% income waiting list for Schwenckfeld Terrace is currently open and accepting applications.
Applications for the 20% income category will not be accepted for Schwenckfeld Terrace, Derstine Run 1 & 2, or North Penn Commons while these waiting lists remain closed. Applicants who qualify only for the 20% income category for these properties will receive a notification that their application cannot be accepted at this time.
The 20% income waiting list for Susie Clemens is administered through the Montgomery County Mental Health Capital Program. Advanced Living Communities does not maintain or manage this waiting list.
All applicants currently on the waiting lists will continue to be processed in accordance with Fair Housing laws, policies, and procedures. Waiting list placement is determined by the date and time a completed application is received.
Applicants are responsible for keeping their mailing address and phone number up to date with Advanced Living Communities and for responding promptly to any correspondence regarding their application.
